Jermaine Forrest has over 14 years of combined experience working at various nonprofit organizations, including two Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC). Jermain joined the OBFH family in November 2020, bringing with him, a wealth of technology and operational experience. Jermaine earned a Master of Science degree in Management Information System from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He has also completed the Leadership Strategies for Information Technology on Health Care at the Harvard T.H, Chan School of Public Health in Boston, Massachusetts.

“As the COO, I am responsible for overseeing the organization’s day-to-day operations. In addition, I am responsible for programs and plans supporting the organization’s mission, vision and integrating the strategic plan with the health center operations. Working collaboratively with the Senior Leadership team, I provide management support for developing high-quality, cost-effective, and integrated programs within the organization. Additionally, as COO, I oversee the organization’s Risk Management activities and serve as the HIPAA Compliance Officer.”
